On the topic of wands, I think I've managed to confirm by exclusion that 3 is the most you can get.
Also, you can get "two in the same level" IF the first one hits after you clear the gate in the previous level (so it doesn't add time in the level where it showed up)
Basically, I got a wand AFTER the gate in Level 2. No time added in Level 2.
Time was added BEFORE the marble started rolling in Level 3.
5 seconds, or so, later, I got a second wan in Level 3.
Essentially, the first wand counted as happening in the previous level, even though the time was added in the current level.
You don't get screwed out of any time when it happens, but you essentially lose 1000 point bonus at the end of the level where you should have received the wand.
