That's funny to think about that Brit Pop competition between those bands back in the day, and that Oasis was apparently the winner. Listening to both bands today, that's so obvious that Blur is the better band, not that the best of Oasis sucks or anything, but Blur was just way more sophisticated. Add Gorillaz to the equation and Damon Albarn is definitely one of the best British Pop composer of the last 3 decades.
I think to accurately represent Kanye you need a song from every album bc since graduation, every single album has been different and have an honestly unique sound. Kanye manages to put out consistently good music which does not sound like his old music and he does it on purpose. It's his aim to evolve.

100% happy someone picked up on this! Both bands were great, and I totally agree with what you're saying.

WTB Cdn sealed black boxes, sealed Cdn first party titles. I.e. the "mattel" Cdn boxes with both french and english. Mainly black boxes, zelda, link, and tyson, but let me know what you have. I am interested in anything I don't already have!
Can we talk about how Faith No More has a higher ranking than Prince, Eminem, Linkin Park, Weezer, and Madonna?
Prince should probably be higher than FNM if you encompass everything he did (writing stuff for other people, Purple Rain the movie, etc), but Mike Patton also is very diverse.
FNM is properly ranked above the rest of those though. Mostly decent, but also one trick ponies.
Next week's $50 guess- Blondie!

This is all complete blasphemy to put it in it's best light. Song 2 was tremendous. The rest of the album was ok. Noel Gallagher, on the other hand, is the greatest song writer of our time. He is as close as we could get to a 90s niel young, but as is the nature of the 90s, he wasn't appropriately appreciated
