To be good at something, the best thing to do is show good sportsmanship, and there's a reason why that word is echoed here. Humility, dignity, ethicality, decency, morality, and overall respect. It doesn't matter how good you are at a game. If you're a douche, that's not the "master" in anything IMHO.

Man up and admit that you are just tooting your own horn. Actions speak louder than words, and coming clean right here and right now may prove to us that you are not just some troll or, worse yet, former (banned?!) NA member with a grudge. Simply explain your actions and extremely misinformed words, and maybe you won't be the butt of some joke in a week's time.

Video game champions are a normal thing on this forum, we have both Thor Ackerlund and Robin Mihara as veteran members, a few others NWC participant, some winners of other events as well, and probably one of the best NES player in the world, at least in the western world, Tom Votava.

So if you are a known champion, the courtesy is to introduce yourself as such, straight and forward.
