Please forgive me if this exists. I'd like to use a preview button to see what my posts will look like before it's on the thread. I've seen this on other similar forums and it's been very helpful, especially for posts with embedded photos

Edit:  If you click reply on a post rather than using the bottom section of the page, there is a Preview button on that bottom screen.  It's by the printer on the top row.

There isn't one if you're making a new post though, that's just for a reply.

Sounds useful and I'm surprised it isn't there.
 

I assumed he meant just a reply not making a new thread.  Hhmmm.  I've never paid attention to that since I've made so few.

Edit:  It's funny, I just tried it out myself.  The preview button I mentioned in my above post doesn't work.

But alas, I was mostly thinking of starting threads. The first post of a thread is the most likely to contain photos and be content and format heavy.

No need to proof read. I live life on the edge!

Yeah, that one works.  I was meaning the one button next to the printer when making a new post/thread doesn't work.  It just opens up a new blank page.
 

That one works for me too, but opens in a new tab, but it kills the reply form for some reason making it useless.

What browser are you using? I finally got the one on the form to work. (I accidently closed the form)

I'm running Chrome latest ver.

 

At work, where I am now, we have Chrome.  Dunno what version.

If I want one to look all fancy shmancy I would experiment with a thread in my blog. I've crashed the servers a couple times too.
