Am I the only one that thinks this is a good deal?

All of the above, CIB, didn't even come to $580.  Now, I repeat my previous question, is that an insane deal or am I simply missing something?!

(By the way, those select titles are all quite nice!)

I can get a 20gb 360 with 6 games for 400 cash right now from a friend. The games for it are: halo 3, gears of war, guitar here II, oblivion, bioshock and viva pinita. It comes in box w/ 1 controller and 1 headset. I want a new one cause I fear it tearing up ~~NGD
