Hey everyone! I started a project a few weeks ago with the artist from Retro Nerve (one of the guys behind Kung-Fu UFO) called (currently) Project Halloweenville (a final name has been chosen, don't worry  ).

It's a platforming game for the Sega Genesis with a nice cartoony feel.

Here's a video showing off the current progress:

Hope you like it!

ETA: Update #3 video:

If you've got any of the above for sale, hit me up!

I find Sega controls to seem 'floaty' in nature. Does it feel as tight as it looks? (Insert TWSS)..also would have excepted (things not to ask on first dates) etc.

This looks cool. It kind of reminds me of Castle of Illusion in a way. Did you write this with your basic compiler?

Sure did! Can't promote SecondBASIC if I don't even use it

Castle of Illusion is a fantastic game, too

I haven't had much time in the last few days to do much, but I managed to sneak in a half hour or so tonight. Nothing major, just started the collision routines and added in sprite ordering so the player sprite goes behind the enemy sprites once you reach a certain value higher.
