I'm not sure if this Idea has been talked about yet. But it would be a cool idea if there was a chat room on this site. what do you think?

Do they really get used? We've tried a bunch of times at nesforums.com and it's just kind of been blah...lasted a week or two and then nothing. I had an idea to have a sort of roundtable discussion that had a time to meet weekly but nobody seemed interested. I think the bulletin post format is ideal for most of us with jobs and families.

I don't really care for chat rooms either.

Well, we could give it a shot -- nothing to lose really. I've enabled the chat feature (see "chat server" at the top of the page, to the right).

I looked into the chat room and it has a great layout I think. I hate how most chats are setup but this one looks very nice. Maybe it will get some use.

I think the chat would be a nice way to get to know other collectors. Even though people have busy lives every once and awhile you always bump into someone on the site. Thanks Dain for putting it up, I know i'll use it when ever I get a chance.
