Okay, so i ended up buying 2. I checked my purchase history later and, as pointed out here, the item had been removed. I also checked my messages and had a warning from Ebay stating that the transaction might have come from a compromised account, oh well!

Ya i paid, but fortunately, i had time to cancel the payments. It looks like someone is hijacking accounts and using them for a get rich quick scheme. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
