That box does look very very nice though, and the glove is clean. Big thin boxes like this get beatthefudgeup when people move, or throw them in storage over time.

with no manuals?

even if it was dirty a little cleaning can go a long way, it shouldn't have gone past $65 if that as it is

I'd say the price was fair except for the pallets of sealed ones out there...

It would now appear you are just determined to be right, no matter how wrong you are. What did you prove by finding one that had a low BIN? That's right, nothing. This one had a BIN, therefore the market price was ultimately decided by the seller, not the buyers. Try again.

i've been looking for a power glove for years, I know what they generally go for, and that one was a bit on the high side for what they go for generally

I'm pretty sure that even if you've been watching prices on something for a while, the resellers are still going to have a WAY better idea of auction value than you could ever hope to.

For a long time power gloves weren't worth crap..... not sure when, but now they go for a surprisingly large amount.

As a general rule if pedro comments on the price of something, he's going to be right.

^ That's because some guy was blowing them out the door about 5 years ago with like 20+ auctions up at a time. Then he disappeared... but trust me, there are a TON of NOS out there somewhere, and one day they'll hit the bay in full force again...

My mantra, as worded by SamSpade on 06/12/12:
I don't resell to fund my collection, I don't treat this hobby like a second job, I don't care if my collection is worth ten bucks or ten thousand because I never plan on selling it. Seriously, what does the value have to do with anything if you never plan on selling? Speculation doesn't mean jack shit to me at this point, I just want to play my nes games...

If my items were overpriced, doesn't it stand to reason that nothing would sell? Well I can safely say that's not been a problem. My items are priced at what the market will bear.

Well they are overpriced, compared to a fly-by-night seller with lower feedback and sporadic customer service. Of course, I'm talking about myself

People choose to pay a premium for a polished business with an ironclad guarantee. Like he implied, they're not overpriced, for his customers they're just-the-right-priced.

You are right. There are tons of new ones. I think he sold to another buyer as he was looking to sell the whole lot of what he had left. I thought about it but there were just too many.  I'd have to buy them all to control the market. If you only bought half there were still plenty left and you wouldn't be able to control the price.
