This game's being shipped from the Netherlands it seems, so I'd imagine it'd be by PostNL, which has int'l parcels shipped outside of Europe starting at €24.30, in which case they might actually be planning to eat some of the shipping cost.

However, this discussion wouldn't be necessary if the campaign were transparent as to which shipping method they plan to use. You don't want to pay 16 Euros and have the game show up, beat-up in an envelope via some obscure trackingless surface mail option.
