I don't even think $90 would be a good deal for cart-only. CIB on the other hand would be worth it
The Mega Man games are worth far more CIB than loose. Rough estimate on the carts would have 2-4 at $5, 1 at $15 and 5 and 6 at $20 or so each. Total = $70. Usually you pay more for the full set than you ever would for them individually. Mind you, if it's a 5-screw Mega Man 1, it tends to be fairly sought after among variant hunters and would totally make it worth the BIN.
