So ive got an eetools Topmax programer i picked up for really cheap. I've been having fun making some repros with some basic chips for nes, snes and Genesis  but now Ive got some TSOP-40 to Dip 36 boards and some 29F033 tsop chips I can't seem to get any results. Anyone have any experience with this programmer? I built the TSOP to Willem adaptor hoping it would work but hadnt had any luck.
