Settled with my old landlord, so I suddenly have an extra $1500 cash to spend. Taking best offers!

Looking for CIB NES, SNES, and PS1 games I don't have. Also looking for sealed (and only sealed) gamecube games. The attachment (word file) has lists of what I already have for these systems.

Will also pay $4500 for a gray NWC, $16000 for a gold. Will negotiate for "grails" that may cost more than $1500.
