I had the same issue with a tracking number for me since the 21st. Glad to hear I am not the only one. Let me know if you get an answer as to what is wrong. I was going to email them myself, too.
I got a reply yesterday:
"We are so sorry about that! We've had some delays and are waiting for a very large pickup from our postal service. You should see your tracking update any day! Again, I am so sorry for the delay!
Have a great day!"
So our shipments should be coming soon I guess...
