If you want the best score you have to mix the milking and the levels.
Yes you can get over 10K in the first level but that will put the game out of balance.
Any understanding on how the speed metering actually works as a game mechanic?
I know the game that I cleared 57k by 1-4, it got out of hand pretty quickly.
At first I thought it was a cumulative function of how many Yoshi cookies had appeared in a given level, but I'm pretty sure some levels just start faster if you already have a higher score.
The score effects the speed.
How much you can milk depends on you skill level .
I am asking specifically, in what way does the score impact the speed?
Is it total cumulative score? Or do they carry a hidden "Stage Score" that resets at 2-1, 3-1, etc?
From my playing it is pretty clear that it isn't just linearly scaled with total score.
EDIT: as a side-bet we should see who can hit 100k at the lowest level...
