they are refurbished carts using old stock probably by Kanomi themselves
They are interesting and are sought after as for being only one DOTC its the only one known about now. nice find

Remember that none of these late 5 screw games were sold that way. 5 screw was discontinued in late 1987. A number of Konami/Ultra games were returned for defects and they had an extra 5 screw supply which was used for refurbishment.

Nice find. More Konami/ultra 5 screws showing up all the time. I got 1/2 bayou billy. 

Ive heard them called the NFR's of the NES. That they may have been used as promotional items or give aways at company events. 

It seems to me that any of the Konami/Ultra games could have one of these 5-screw variants that we don't know of yet, this one being a great example. Nice find!
