Good to see you're back for another year Michel.
This year I'm definitely going to participate in this thread.
Tomorrow I will begin playing some shorts games.

I will likely chip in on a few as I've had a hankering for 64 lately for whatever reason. Will be playing a lot of SNES too.

Elmo's Letter Adventure is complete.

I wanted something quick and easy that I still hadn't played for the first game so I played this. It's very similar to Number Adventure. I was impressed by the graphics, I wasn't expecting them to be so nice. (I know the picture isn't the best one but I wasn't going to play the game again to get a better picture)

Edit 2: Clayfighter 63 1/3 is beaten with Bad Mr. Frosty.

F-Zero X is beaten. It is a very solid game, particularly for its time. Great and fast gameplay, memorable characters and unforgettable music define this game. You need to complete four cups in order to get the credits, but after that, you unlock the X Cup (which is not necessary for the completion of the game). Each cup has its memorable race tracks. Pretty short game if you ask me, but it is so fun that this is not a problem.

Fighters Destiny is done. It is an amazing fighting game. Like I said last year, I think it is the best 3D fighting game on the console. I just love the characters, how challenging it is and the good playability. Unlocking the characters in this game is a pain, but trust me, it is very rewarding. I never got the Joker, but maybe I'll unlock him this year. The music is also very memorable, the graphics are more than OK and each character has his specific attacks. Underrated game for sure. I highly recommend it.

Just finished Namco Museum 64, great Namco emulator and always my go to game when I'm in the arcade mood.

I got dibs on Conker's Bad Fur Day   I plan on starting this week.

Finished Vigilante 8, great game for multiplayer but the single player is ok. Each character has their own story mode which is a huge plus, but because they all have their own stories none of them really get the chance to develop the character beyond a single screen of description and the ending shots. I'd beaten most of them before this, so this time I'd done the only character I hadn't finished.

I think I'll beat killer instinct gold, and then maybe Mario party 3

I was gonna go for 100%, but seriously screw Rainbow Ride. Already had the quota for the final boss' Star Door, so I went ahead and took care of 'ol Bowser.

Pokémon Snap is done. Each year, I always like to play this short, but very fun game with my brother. It is one of the only N64 games that he likes a lot, so we always have a great time playing that game together. The graphics are nice, the music is memorable and it's always fun to find new "Pocket Monsters". It is one of the games I have since my childhood, so that's also one of the reasons I like it very much.

Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits is finished!
Real quick playthrough since the requirement is only to play each one.
Honestly kind of a mediocre arcade game compilation. Nearly all 6 games didn't feel like they controlled quite right. Most of the games were pretty forgettable in my opinion, but Root Beer Tapper was by far the best! And of course I enjoyed Robotron 2084. Didn't snap a photo of all 6 games since that would take up a good bit of space.

Golden Nugget 64 is done!
This game got pretty poor reviews and I have no idea why. I am a huge fan of casino games, especially poker, and this is an incredibly solid collection. I really enjoyed all 3 poker games (Texas Hold 'Em, 5 Card Draw, 7 Card Stud) as well as Blackjack and the slot machines. If you have three other friends who know how to play Blackjack, this is actually a very fun multiplayer game too. You can get this cart for dirt cheap and if you even enjoy just one of the games in Golden Nugget 64, I highly recommend it! Once again not a difficult one to beat. Perhaps if we wanted to make it harder, we could require the player to achieve a certain dollar amount in winnings?

 
 

Transformers Beast Wars: Transmetals can be checked off the list.
Pretty broken fighting game that has a ridiculously overpowered K.O. charge-up attack. You can beat the entire game by knocking your opponent down, and while they are on the ground, you can charge up the K.O. move and unleash it as soon as they get up. It took me all of 15 minutes to finish the entire thing using this tactic. For what it's worth though, I found the music to be rather good if you actually decide to turn it up loud enough to be audible.

Elmo's Number Adventure is done.
No more Elmo games for a year now.

I'm almost through WrestleMania 2000 just won the royal rumble. took an 1hr 20min what a pain in the ass. I have all the titles just have to finish a few more matches until its done but I'm taking a break tonight after that rumble.

Wreatlemania 2000 is done. I didnt realize that if you win the royal rumble and are all ready the champion that vince comes out and strips you of the title and gives it to triple h. So in the end it was me (undertaker) vs triple h at wrestlemania in a cage match for the title. It was strangley easy only took about 3mins. Ive had non title cage matches in that game that were way harder. I ended up with every championship, tag champ with mankind and a 77% win rate, could have done better but some matches i just get a count out to move along faster.

Took one for the team and finished Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.
Pretty atrocious beat-em-up whose poor programming can thankfully be taken advantage of to make things go faster. Batman has 4 different suits in the game which give him different abilities. The only problem with this is that the Defensive Suit, which should logically be the weakest, actually has the most powerful attack, making it incredibly overpowered. It becomes just a matter of running up to each enemy and pressing the Special Attack button until they go down. Boss battles literally take a matter of seconds. I finished the entire game in 28 minutes. It's a shame because I think this really could have been a cool game.

Now, I took one for the team: Powerpuff Girls: Chemical X-traction is completed.
I didn't know if it was necessary to 100% it with each of the girls or if it was ok to do it just with one of them.
So, I did it with the 3.
The game is really bad. I think I prefer to play Transformers Transmetals than this. At least Transformers ends faster.

Question: For Shadows of the Empire, is it required to beat the game on the harder difficulties to get the true ending or can you just beat it on the normal difficulty for the bad ending?

I have a question too. Why does rage wars need to be beaten with the grey cart? I thought that the bug that was fixed by the grey cart was only in the multiplayer game not single player.

I think it's ok to beat it on the normal difficulty but I'm not sure.
Check to see how it was beaten on past years.

The start of this thread doesn't give any completion conditions so I'm assuming he just copy and pasted what it was previously.  Maybe I will check previous threads in a bit.
