Can this person do this? Charge .99 buy it now and then charge so much shipping. Seems this person is trying to avoid the eBay fees. I reported some of his items but does eBay do anything?

Anyway, I thought ebay charges fees on the price of shipping as well as the price of the item these days anyway?

You can't avoid fees that way anymore. eBay takes a cut out shipping too. It's probably just a way to attract people to his page with a low BIN.

Although some of his total prices really aren't bad.

If a few people reported him for miscategorization, he would probably get suspended, but some of his prices are pretty good.

I thought this thread was about chicken nuggets and fries, damn! Fooled again by the internet! Either way, this is going to bite him in the ass sooner or later. As some of you already said, his "prices" aren't all that awful but he's still misleading people and he should get reported but I'm lazy and I want chicken nuggets. That is all.
