I assumed it would require all entries of both series for a single award, there are only 5 DD games and 4 Battletoads games in terms of unique releases I believe. Battletoads, Ragnorak (spelling) world, the crossover, and battlemaniacs for the BT series, and then 5 mainline DD games. I think that's all that released in the US anyways, with their being a crap load of ports on each.
From what Ive played Ragnorak is just a gb port of Battletoads on the NES.

Ragnorok is a port of battletoads on nes, as someone corrected me on earlier, so I don't think it should be mandatory. I should ask, is double dragon 1 really not the same game on all the various platforms? Like is the lynx game really not the same one as the sms, genesis and nes game? I own a lot of them, double dragon 1 on genesis is unlicensed and the lynx game barely hit.
I do own double dragon on the 7800 though, so I'm confused.
So if Ragnorok is a port of battletoads on NES, then what is Battletoads on GB? There's two GB Battletoads games, Battletoads and Battletoads Ragnarok's World. The regular Battletoads on GB has the same exact artwork as NES and makes sense that would be the NES port. But Ragnarok has it's own distinct artwork. If anything is the port I'd think it was the original Battletoads?
BattleToads on GB is different from BattleToads on the NES. Makes no sense I know. But in Ragnoraks World it does have a different title scene and label art so would that classify it as a different game?
