Haha, the energy drinks I got when MM9 and MM10 came out, they weren't too tough to find, the annoying part was the shipping.  I don't know whether it was cause they're kind of heavy or that they're liquids, but they were SO expensive to ship.  If you keep your eyes peeled for them on ebay and yahoo auctions japan, you could probably find them in a reasonable amount of time

There's an etank on ebay right now, actually, it's not the cheapest thing, though.  $169.  I think they originally retailed for $99, so it's not like they were ever cheap.  Like the energy drinks, i'd suggest yahoo japan.  I still see them there from time to time.

And thanks everyone for the compliments!

Amazing collection man! Those cards are amazing!! You made me think in getting cards . You know what's funny, I was going to post my mega man collection as well soon (it's only video games though) and I was going to name the thread "my *almost* complete mega man collection" and your title is very similar.

"So these were probably the toughest to get, and for the most part the most expensive. Lots of asking ebay sellers in germany to make an exception and ship to the US!"

You now know what it's like to live in Canada!

Do you have the Mega man DVD's for the tv series?

I actually don't, somehow in my warped mind, i never got to wanting those.  I started with games, then went to the keshi and cards, then various toys.  I might get to other media (like the comic books too), but for now I think my main focus is still obscore stuff from japan.  Part of the big draw for me is the artworks and packaging too, which usually means getting stuff from japan.

That is an awesome collection. Unreal.

Forte has a good collection as well...you may find some things you don't know about! Here's his thread:

http://www.nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=5&...

Oh, i'm already a big fan of his collection, he has tons of model kits and toys that i never hoped to try to get.  He also has more room to dedicate to his collection, and i'm very jealous of that.   I actually sold him some of my extras recently

We need to get that proto in your hands!!!!!!!!!!

FYI you need to get the MM icon to complete your collection.  PM a mod

And tell me about it!  I was hoping seeing my collection would help sway my case

And I already tried to get an icon, but apparently the fact that i don't have star force, battle network, etc means that i'm not a big enough fan.  I lobbied hard for it, but in the end the rules are the rules, alas.

Yeah those are the rules but I really think they should make an exception for this.  It's very obvious you are a highly dedicated fan.  Your collection is insane!

you need the rock an arcade machines too.

@rondy: Thanks!  The cards are awesome, I may still have some doubles lying around if you're interested!

@cradelit: You know, i thought about arcade tokens, or prizes even, too  If i ever figure it out, i'll definitely update the post

@Psychopat: Very true! But at least you can console yourself with your great healthcare system and relaxes pot laws

I totally agree!    If you can suggest anyone i can appeal to, i'd be very appreciative!  WHen i tried on the thread, they were very nice, but refused to budge

And ROCK an aracade machine, i see what you did there!  (and believe me, i'd love one, i see the boards come up from time to time, but never the whole machine)

My favorite part of all of it, the MM 1 GB pal box. It's sick! Ours sucks so much compared to that bad boy

I just got some new crowen jewels for my collection:  three game boy prototypes!  They're Mega Man 2, 3, and 5

Now the trick will be to find 1 and 4 so I can have a complete set!

Thanks!!  I'm so excited to have them!  And the konami thing is a bit of a mystery, it's definitely megaman in there.  Maybe since the chips could be swapped out one of the base carts (is that what you call them??) got switched around.

WTB Cdn sealed black boxes, sealed Cdn first party titles.    I.e. the "mattel" Cdn boxes with both french and english.   Mainly black boxes, zelda, link, and tyson, but let me know what you have.    I am interested in anything I don't already have!
