Nintendo of Spain released an almost complete DQVII online guide, and you can find it here:

Now the bad part of it is that, as usually happens with movies and other imported media released in Span, all the names are translated. I started my gaming file in English, and even for me is hard to connect some of the names of the places because there are some cheesy translations, specially for us from Latin America.
Anyway, anything is better than nothing as it seems no official US guide is planed by neither NOA nor Prima Games.
