Nothing special, just this for $5. It was a victim to "the great soda accident of 2016" and it needed to be replaced. I'm in the minority who actually enjoy's sports titles, and this is the last physical release of The Show on the Vita (15 was a code).

My Wally-World had a few new ones. I probably could have gotten a used one for cheaper, but eh

Today was probably the first day in 6-8 months where I haven't had to work, or had something involving school to take care of. Guess what that means? A whole day dedicated to games. Lame, right?

1. CL Deal

I did the Craigslist deal. $225 for a 360 S, a PS3 SS, and a total of 37 games. I'll be keeping the following:

-Bioshock 2
-Infinite Undiscovery
-GTA IV LBS
-PS3 + cords

I was expecting more PS3 games and I was told there were more buried in his buddy's apartment. I told that, -if- found they'd be in contact so I can get them. I doubt it. Technically though, I got what was listed, so I can't complain. Only 2 sports games in the whole lot though, and one is somewhat valuable.

Thrift Store:

Sims Town

-I don't really collect big box Pc, mainly on necessity. These old Maxis games are awesome though.

eBay:

xBox lot, notable game being Sniper Elite. Everything else I already had.

Been in a funk lately, not sure what's going on. One thing that helps is game hunting.

360:

COD4
COD WaW

It's no secret that I LOVE Call of Duty. I want to build a little display of all of the CoD's used in competitive play, hence why I bought these.

I went out and bought a Cube Shelf from Wal-Mart. If there is one thing I hate, it's particle board furniture. Ick.

Anyway, I am making a push to be more organized, and I'm starting with my games. I also picked up 3 cubes for controllers and the like.

EDIT: Yikes... Particle Board furniture is worse now than it ever was. Is there anyway I can reinforce the back of this thing?

EDIT 2: I'll probably nail a piece of plywood to the back. Might give it a nice industrial look along with providing the strength I need.

I looked at reviews and it wasn't that flattering. Who knows, I'll make my own decisions.

I was surprised to see so many of these up for sale tonight. I wasn't going to get one, but since it essentially fell into my lap, I decided "What the hell..."

This is my 3rd LRG release that I have, all bought directly. I'd love to do the entire set, but it's too much money. I'm satisfied with what I have.

Got together with my friend yesterday, we marathoned Rick and Morty. Both seasons, one run.

Anyway, he gave me a PS3 copy of The Amazing Spiderman.

A little bit of a different pickup...

E&A Framed Poster.

I paid a good chunk for this bad boy. Eyedea and Abilities are by far my favorite hip-hop group out there. This was their last album, Eyedea died a few months after release.

Since they were independant (and didn't exist for that long in the grand scheme of music careers), they don't have much memerobilia out there. This particular poster was only available through the label's record store. It also doesn't help that Eyedea's fanbase worships him religiously, making his stuff even that harder to come by and more expensive.

I plan to have it re-framed in the future, but this will work for now.

It's not all that exciting, but I snagged 2 Minecraft Minecart Hot Wheels today. I happen to enjoy the game, and these castings are pretty nice.

Couple more...

Madden 11 PS2
Street Fighter VHS
Luigi PAL 3DS
PS3

Starting with Madden, 12 is obviously the one to look out for, but 11 is fairly pricey (comparatively, to other Madden titles on the PS2). The 3DS is a gift, my friend accidentally bought a PAL 3DS and didn't want it anymore. It's region locked so I will have to look at soft mods for it. Even as a display piece, it's pretty stunning to look at though.

As far as the PS3, it was an impulse buy. I just picked one up not too long ago. I found this one at a garage sale for $80. It came with a Camo Dualshock 3 and an afterglow controller. I plan to frankenstein one together, and sell the other one.

It also had a copy of BLOPS3 in the tray, but I noticed they were trying to sell the game separately so I gave it back to them. Being nice is okay sometimes.

Added this bad boy today, from Half-Priced Books.

The GOY Ed is pretty tough to find, as far as I am aware. I had to shell out for it too, $25. It's nice to be able to cross it off my list though. The cashier was surprised that I still owned a working xBox, although this would be the type of game I'd be playing on PC (sorry).

I also bought a signed Jesse Ventura book.

I guess this is my thread, and I doubt it has many readers, but would you guys be interested in my PC parts as I buy them? Since it's gaming related and all... I swear this thread won't be overtaken by it.

Also, I should be upgrading my phone come September, maybe October, depending on how the finances are looking. When that happens, I plan to post pics. Thanks to the thread readers who've been bearing with me on the lack of images, it bothers me too.

I picked up this bad boy, the Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum. I'd been using a cheapo $5 mouse the past couple years and I decided to get this to replace it. I am also planning to pick up the Corsair M65, but this was the one I wanted more. Just like retro video game controllers, I am in love with mice and keyboards and would like to have a whole arsenal someday.

As far as the internals are concerned, I'm currently running a Hyper 212 Evo as my cooler, but it has AF120s. It's probably not that big of a deal, but I did want it properly set up, so I plan to swap them out with SP120s. I got the blue ones, these in the pic are purple, apparently, I guess. Don't take my word for it.

Made a trip out of town. Here are the goodies:

-Wiimote $5
-7(?) old TI cartridges.
-Red Steel Wii
-NBA 2k15 PS4
-CoD AW PS4
-$13 in Trade in credit to Gamestop.

It's all pretty self-explanatory, I had 2K15 before but the case was messed up, figured it was less hassle to just trade it in and wait for the price to drop, which is what I did. The TI cartridges, I'm not sure which computer they belong too. I bought all the games, and 1 home finance cart for $3 each. I left behind the rest, I would have gotten them but BUDGETS.

I'll do some research and see what I can find on them.

The braided cable and the infinite scroll wheel make me feel special.

Seriously though, I love the thing. I wish the included weights were a little heaver, but outside of that I have no complaints. I have the RBGs on a soft breathe pattern, it looks really nice.

That fun, fun, fun time of year. 9th Semester for a 2-year degree? Sure, why not.

Anyway, pickings have been slim. Seems as if everything dried up.

Tekken 9 360
D. Warriors 4 Ps2
Tekken PS1
4 xBox games for the set
Brand New Box of IBM Floppies
Kitty Wells autographed 8-track tape
Replacements Cassette.

I got bro-price from the pawn shop on the 6 games below Tekken 9 (that one came from a different store).
