I've never seen this one; the label looks different.  I'm not one to keep up on these kinds of carts but thought it worth mentioning:

I've never seen one with a label like that, although I'm not as experienced in these kinds of things as a lot of you. Weird looking though, it looks off.

Well...I haven't seen a label exactly like that one in my memory though I would say it's legit since the PN matches what is listed in the service center's parts/equipment ordering guide. That number isn't on the regular label of the cart, so it's either legit or they randomly have a parts guide and wanted to get creative. Oh, and the original cost to order a Control Deck Test Cart from Nintendo in 1996? $5 (doh!)

aren't all the test cartridges orange, the label looks like a do it yourself print job, and it's only 30 bucks, too cheap for that i think.

Nope, the NTF2 carts only came in gray, the Control Deck is often either gray or yellow and the other three supposedly came in gray as well (though I've only come across them in yellow).  While all the yellow carts came with the standard 'Mario pulling a cart out of the ground' labels, not all gray ones did.  It depended on when the service center bought the cart.

Just a guess as I am still a collecting noob, but wouldnt 4 indicate it's a 4 in 1 type of cart? Not 4 copies?
