When I enter the code it shows up at first and then it 'updates' back to $75. Anyone else getting this?

Same here. At first it works, then either it disappears or it says "Paypal is experiencing a technical hiccup". My order's $75.something, I even try to add a US address to my items but eBay keeps being an ass.

It should. If you win the auction, don't pay immediately. Choose "Add to Cart" on the BIN and then add the auction to the cart.

I had issues with the $25 off $125 code the other day. It kept saying "cannot process" or something like that. It eventually went through though.

This same deal was going on a week or so ago. Used a coupon for multiple items in my cart and it showed the discount in my cart then changed to full price at checkout. Called eBay and they sorted it out in a couple minutes plus gave me another $15 off coupon code for my trouble. Slight pain to deal with, but worked out in the end.
