This sat on Ebay for a little over a day.  I asked to see a pic of the back before I snagged it!  It's a pretty cool addition to my collection!  Here is the link:

Matt told me about this proto this morning, fantastic snag! If I had to make a list of say, 10 protos I'd love to get my hands on by the time I'm done collecting, a Panic Restaurant proto would be there for sure.

Great price too, I'd say this one would break $200 easily at open auction.

Great find. I would love both a copy of this game and any random proto in my collection. Congrats!

That was the first thing I mentioned to Adam when we were talking through PM.  I know everyone says "Check for differences!"  With this game there's a lot more incentive to check for differences due to the differences between the US and Japanese release.  I'm hoping there's some differences, but it's still awesome either way.

I am totally envious of your score. How did you come across it? Were you looking for a panic cart?

As soon as I get some time, I will sit down and play it. The only crappy part is I don't own a regular copy of Panic Restaurant so I might go to You Tube and see what I can find to compare it to. It will be some time this week for sure!

And I came across it just looking for Nintendo games, nothing magical!

I just played through the game and it has the chef not the kid. I didn't notice any differences.

Dammit I saw that copy too but being so uneducated I laughed at the idea someone was dumb enough to pay $70 for a Panic Restaurant with no label. I would have paid multiple times that amount for a proto. If you ever want to sell...
