Hey fam, I had this idea and I want to know if it is even possible to do... would it be remotely possible to replace the stupid idiot cyborg from Hagane with the Saint Gorilla that was taken from us to soon... you know, my boy Harambe!!!

Everything else would be the same, just a character model change of a ninja to a gorilla... I mean, Im sure more could be done (enemies being children or zoo workers).

Thoughts, possible, time, effort, and how awesome it would be to immortalize pretty much monkey mesiah?

Editing sprites on nes games is pretty straight forward, not sure about snes, though I dont see a reason why it should be different. As long as you're good at pixel art, it should be pretty easy to pull off. Also I'd buy this 

Smoke some of that gorilla kush and all your bros will look like Harambe, cuz.

Thanks BertBerry, I know this sounds like a bit of a joke but if someone is willing to help out I would love to converse and maybe see if we could crowd fund such a game through kicktstarter. Not even looking for a profit, but I think the idea could be popular with a lot of people (don't under estimate the power of memers) and actually do well. Cyborg Gorilla Harambe. The art on the cartridge would be a modified Gorilla Munch.

Make sure you use your gorilla glue to make it happen, if you know what I mean.   

If we can get this going, I will guarantee Gorilla Glue will be used in the production (I have a depraved mind but I am not totally sure what you mean... unless getting gorilla high involves some gorilla huffing)

But at the same time, I truly believe this game would have merit beyond a drunk stoned Friday. I've talked to a small group of friends and "internet" friends, already have a guarantee 10 cart buy and the love and gift of Harambe has touched so many people that a video game memorium would be a fitting tribute. (100 cart run would probably sell out pretty damn fast)

Harambe may live in our hearts... but he can also live in Super Nintendo form to take retribution.
