So I've been doing this whole youtube thing for about a month now and i've decided to ask for advice on making my videos better. I went with "Real" game hunter instead of "big" game hunter as a reference to the real ghostbusters since game gavel had already taken that name.

I'm basically just taping my  game finds (flea market, garage sale, rummage sales, etc)  with a spy camera and making  youtube series out of it.

The response has so far been positive (1000 subscribers in only a month!) but i'm looking for more feedback.

Are my videos good? Is there anything that can be improoved?

Episode Example

and here's my youtube Channel.

Yeah, you can't write that kind of stuff. Good thing I caught it on video, it was pretty funny just being there.

It there a way to have your real name hidden when making posts? Having every post show my name makes me uncomfortable.

What kinda of video recorder are you using? Seems the audio and visuals are clear and crisp compared so some mini spy cams.

Videos are pretty entertaining, subscribed.

ok heres my input,  i hunt games every weekend much like everyone else here (always thought of filming finds would be a good idea myself.)

first off good idea and can be entertaining to watch.
If i had to give critical advice, (again this is all my own opinion)

1. you seem to excited and i think your vendors can since that. Chill a little bit on asking "hey hey how much games" as soon as u stick ur hand in the box. root a little first, and at least find something u want before asking. IMO you sound too interested and over confident, and to me sound like you know too much about the product. Which aint a bad thing, but you dont want your sellers to think you see value in games. Just a tip of advice and will probably make it easier to deal with vendors. Try to refrain from phrases like "well i normally pay this for them" that makes you sound like a reseller. (which u may be and thats totally cool) but you want your seller to not feel uncomfortable by giving someone a deal.
2. Try to refrain from jerking your head left and right like a mad man, tough for the viewer. (may be no other way around it, but just a tip)
3. I personally Dont care for "making fun" of ignorant people talking about games. Even tho i cant say i haveent asked a dumb question about a game to someone and got a laugh out of it. But since your making this a show, i would refrain from poking fun at people. (it was funny tho lol)
4. Lose the gloves lol
5. Also asking "this wont play u wanna just give this to me" just comes off sounding like a jerk imo and i wouldnt recommend puttin it in ur vids.
6. Be nicer to people, i dunno may just be ur personality but it seems the attitude towards everyone is like "Im smart ur dumb, sell me your games, gimme ur games, let me school you in the values, etc. I dunno this is just all my opinion and just a little different then the way i do things. personally i always play it dumb and if someones asking too much i move on, or make an offer, and if they dont take it move on. I normally refrain from saying"i cant pay that much"

I dunno overall good vids but this is all just my opinion to help you out in the long run and make ur videos more enjoyable to watch. Thansk for sharing.

Great video series, I'll definitely keep watching your show!!

Some thoughts:

1. Practise slowing down your head movement so that the viewers don't get motion sickness
2. Try to purposely keep the games in view for longer amounts of time so that the viewers can see the table of games better
3. It would be fun for you to establish an estimate value vs. total spent in your recap video (ie. Value: $320 VS. Spent: $35)... OR... Asking Price: $75, Spent: $50, Value: $320, Potential Profit: $270!!
4. Make a display holder for your games to sit on during the recap video
5. The comments add entertainment value, keep them coming... and I love the mouse-over feature that you've added

Can't wait for episode 4!!

More face time. People need to connect with who they're watching! Recap at the end with you going over all the scores and making it more personal.
