They seem to be going for a decent amount on Ebay, so why not sell mine, since I don't collect them? This is the steelbook that I got with my Best Buy pre-order of the new Resident Evil 2 remake. There appear to be a few fingerprints on it (which is how I received it), but I'll leave any cleaning to you, the auction winner.
