I stalk these and this is the first one fs this year w the envelope that I've seen. That envelope is the nicest I've ever seen too. The one I have has a opening tear on the one side. For $22 if you're looking for one, its hard to beat.
This may be a dense question but, why would one want this? I think I may have one laying around that I used only once.

A Rex Ronan CIB for 135$... not a shabby price... surprised it's almost run out of time as an auction at 99$ with no bidders (I had to buy my manual separately for like 50$ a few months back...)
