The only reason he'd need to bid again is if $265 fell off the list.  

And if someone bids $900 then backs out to $5 obviously they'd be off the list and not win the game.  So that isn't a valid counter argument either.  

Nonetheless I don't want to "troll" your auction, so please resume bidding.  Just put a bit more thought into the format if you are going to impose harsh restrictions on people for finding valid loopholes in your design.

Lol so we can just have 50 people bid around $100k and then find out who really wins in the last 30 minutes. Might as well have a 30 minute auction.

Alright. Thanks for the comments everyone! Now, here's some clarification!

All bids are in US dollars.
All payments will be sent with Paypal (www.paypal.com...) after the auction is over.
All parcels will be sent via the US Postal System when the packages go out.
You can always increase your bid, but you can never decrease your bid.
Look left, right, and then left again before crossing the road.
Always floss after brushing.

Now back to the auction. Please PM me if you have any concerns with these rules.

I will be deleting any posts after this that I feel are derailing the focus of this thread.
