Hey guys, well my NET finds have been a lot better to me than my local finds lately. Which is a first, normally its the other way around. Anyways first off managed to score this Factory Sealed Tengen Tetris for $25.00 Shipped! I was thrilled about it. Unfortunately i asked the seller if they had anymore but he said this was the only game he had. heres the auction>>

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...25391&rd=1&rd=1

Pic of it

Then i scored both of these auctions for pretty nice prices>

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...03062&rd=1&rd=1

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...18104&rd=1&rd=1

Heres a pic of everything>>

Now if your wondering where that CC box came from, its Jeff's box. We recently did a big trade and i got that along with these boxes:

Castle of Deceit
Mc Kids
Championship Bowling
Panic restraunt
Wacky Races
ultimate air combat

And i got the Lethal Weapon, Bubble bobble, and Bad Nes basebal Boxes from Complete Nintendo Games on Ebay for $25.00 for all three boxes. Not too bad of a deal.

As for the Chubby Cherub box, it isnt mint but really isnt toooo bad, i would say its about a 6 out of 10. Even though its beat up around the edges it is complete and all there, hangtab, tab inserts, etc. It will suit me fine for now. Heres a closer look at the Chubby cherub. I had already had a pretty good shape cart and manual>

Also for anyone who might be thinking "how did he get it WTF" It wasnt anything out of the ordinary. The day Jeff scored the Chubby cherub CIB on ebay, i simply sent him a message and told him congrats on the great find, and if he is ever interested in trading it, please let me know, because i might be able to help him out on some nes games he needs. He simply sent me a message back and said since we both were long time digitpress members he said i could have first dibs on it. So i brought some games to the table he needed and thats that. :-) No sneaky business at all. We just did a trade to help each out. Could have been anyones. As for Erik (braveheart) he already knows i got it and is totally cool with it. Were good buddies and hes gonna get the next sweet shape one. By the way thanks Erik for all the manuals, i cant wait to get em! :-)

Damn man, some great finds for sure. You suck having a CC box. Me and Erik are about the only ones without it now

Are any of those boxes dups. We already talked about the one, but I still need Metal Fighter and Stary Voyagered boxes as well if they are dups for ya. Some nice hauls for sure.

Seems like lots of people are tossing there hats into the race, lol. I doubt most people will spend stupid money on it like we will though I think we have a problem Erik, more like an addiction, lol.

"It's always amazing to me how some of the most worthless games from a gaming perspective tend to fetch outrageous amounts of money. But then again, it could be said that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I'm curious if the high bidder of the $873.04 Stadium Events (cart-only) realizes that it's nowhere nearly as rare as about 20+ games I can think of that sell for 1/10th that amount?  At any rate, I wanted to draw attention to this trend: if people say it's rare, it must be true, and therefore it must be had at any price."

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

Jason and I aren't stupid... but the money we would throw at a MINT CC box is.

Speaking of which if anyone has a near mint or better one for sale I'll start the bidding off at $350 box only!

Jason, talk to Bronty about addicitons... all the stuff I've bought from him lately he doesn't even say hey what's up it's Dan... he starts off with "Hey it's your dealer here"... humn, the first step is admitting you have a problem, and mine is the love for the NES!
