Factory sealed finds at a yard sale? How does that make sense?
He advertised on craigslist yesterday and I went there first things this morning (it was kinda rough, had a good date that went until 2:00am and got up at 6:30am after waking up each day this week at like 5:30... taking a nap after I log out of this site, lol) and it was a dude that actually has a website and was sort of clearing out extras, etc. The Ice Hockey isn't perfect, and was $20. The Othello is a little better, and was only $5. I got 3 copies of Mario 3 & each gold Zelda & each was cleaned/sleeved/has manual for $5 each. (To help me sell extra systems that I have.)
Then I go two doors down from his house (I lucked out in the fact that it was a neighborhood yard sale) and got an NES with $17 games for only $20!! Then, most of the other shit was only like $2 a piece - it was a good day! The $5 games were the worst deal. $20 for Ice Hockey sealed is pretty good. If I wasn't all freaky about black box games and consider it an "extended" black box game, I would've probably passed on it though. And I figured for Othello, even as a game I don't care for, how do you pass up a sealed game for $5??
He had some sealed Atari games too but I could give a shit less. $15 for E.T.?? That's landfill shit, haha.
