Just noticed that my collection was erased completely. Did you do a refresh of some kind? Thanks!

Mine is gone as well.

Luckily I was using a few other methods to track mine.

Yeah, not me aside from a google sheets program I made which downloaded the pricecharting values (but is very slow). I wish the the pricecharting had an export list option.

Not to stomp on this thread's toes but there's a good Retro Collector app by puregaming.org and GameValueNow also tracks collections and from what I can tell, won't delete it after any period of inactivity.
