Small time collector

Howdy folks, been lurking and reading on here for a long time. Decided to take the plunge and share in the madness that is collecting. I dont have much of a collection yet, but living in the middle of nowhere the finds at the garage sales and thrift stores are few and far between. I dont plan on getting a large collection but i enjoy the hunt!

Best deal, and the one that got me started collecting was an ad on Craigslist for a SNES system with 30 games for 60 bucks. After that its been downhill...or uphill depending on how you look at it .

Hey, ya got Super Mario World with Super Mario All Stars .. that's a cool cart to have. I have never come across one yet. Some other good ones in there too.

Thanks for the welcome folks! Im still new to the whole collecting scene. Anyone have any good tips/advice for a newbie? Where to sell duplicates or such? I live in the middle of nowhere and its cowboy country around here (yes i stick out like a sore thumb)so honestly there isnt alot going on locally. There is one Magic Cards/Game store in the area but he is so overpriced on everything that i never buy anything. I find a few things here and there and when i do its cheap because no one knows any better, but where to go from there? My main resources are going to be online. I have zero experience using sites like ebay and amazon in terms of selling anything. Any tips/resources would be awesome!
