I've been known for just dumping money on something I want instead of being more responsible, but I got a pretty good deal on eBay recently.  Guy had a number of rare 2600 games up in one auction for a little over $400.  I only wanted two of the games, Quadrun and NTSC Asterix.  He sold them in a special auction for me after ending the other for $140 including shipping (came from Mexico).  Though not cheap, necessarily, $140 for an R10 and R9 game is pretty damn good.  With Asterix, all it needs is a new label and the PAL version is the same thing since it was essentially a Canadian import.  PAL versions go for a couple of bucks, just switch out the PCB and done, perfect R10.  Quadrun was one I was looking for for awhile, glad to finally have it.  Great game, and other than Video Life my 2600 collection is complete!

Ahhh, damn it guys, I blue balled you. I should have specified that it's complete according to MY standards. I, for example, only collect the games loose because I have no need for the boxes. I have some instructions, but only for rarer games like Tooth Protectors. I have around, I don't know 400 games or so, maybe more, maybe less. The issue with my collection is I have it down to games I enjoy playing, are rare and have that 'so bad they're good' factor, or games I have a nostalgic draw to. So, it's not a complete 2600 collection, it's a complete for ME 2600 collection. Sorry! I am going to post a video of it, though, in my band costume for one of our stupid videos, so when it's done I'll post it here.
