I was hoping I'd be able to beat the game this week!  I wasn't point pressing at all but I don't care, I just wanted it beat.

Really great score!  I beat the game but I wasn't going for points at all.  I think you really have to point press early and hope you have enough lives and stuff stored up to push through to the end.

Sorry for triple posting, but I wanted to point out that I found at least two additional spots in the game where you can point rack indefinitely within a 1-up loop. I don't think anyone is doing this at all but it wasn't specifically pointed out in the rules and I wanted to bring it up because I'm assuming it would not be allowed.

Great job! I'm curious to see Thundercat's final score when she beats it. Not a bad game at all,but give me Mega Man,Castlevania,Ninja Gaiden,etc instead.

I noticed one of those spots too, but as you can tell by my lousy score I didn't collect it more than once.

I got to Stage 7-3 or maybe 7-2, I don't remember. It's the first stage you play on that has active volcanos.

Yes, World 8 is that last world. I never had enough fruit I always got to haul ass to the end.

Not going to be able to get another run in tonight like I wanted, damn it. But this is on my to do list. I think it would be best to take a break when playing and not sit there and not move for over an hour. Just a thought.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I played Contra for three hours straight this afternoon trying to max out the score. I finally did it after 9 loops, but I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get back up after sitting still that long.
