I hav a question about the Patreon mechanics if someone could help me out. I'm wondering if the monthly payments taken automatically or do I have to enter it manually? It would be a bitch to have to try and remember to do that every month.

It comes out automatically, I believe on the 1st.

$3-$5 bucks a month is nothing. I'm also an anuual subscriber at AtariAge to the tune of $30. I'm glad Nintendoage now has the subscriber option. Makes it easy to give back without breaking the bank or making large cash donations.

Patreon is an awesome way to help keep the forum alive and there are worse things to spend $3 a month on!

My $3 NA Patreon monthly notification came in Oct 1st.  

Unrelated, but I wish U-tubers would stop telling me to donate to Patreon every time I watch their dumb video like I owe them something because I sat through till the end.

I only give to NA because I've gained so much as a member here. Apples to oranges but I have mixed feelings when random guys online set up a Patreon account just to ask for handouts. Some guy posting collection videos generally doesn't require charity so they can buy more games.

I wouldn't give to anyone I don't directly benefit from (except reputable charities that help those in need), and I've benefited a lot from NA community, so here's my contribution. I hope that makes sense.

Mad props to donors. I totally and completely understand if it's not feasible to give, or if you just don't want to make it an automatic withdrawal every month. But it honestly helps keep the site going, and I'm so happy to contribute to it. I love everyone here. You all make me so happy. Long live NA!

ETA: Never too late to join in on this. The more donors we get, the less often we have to do donation drives. Let's make NA great again!
