Mr. Dream his punches are just as fast as those of mike tyson.
But you have more time to hit Mr Dream then Mike tyson.
So Mr dream is the way to go for inexperienced punch out players.
I think this is only true regarding MTPO PAL VS PO PAL.

In both cases, you have to play NTSC version in this contest, cause they're timing differences between NTSC MTPO-PO and PAL MTPO-PO,

Yeah, if you used the PAL version of MTPO or PO, your scores won't count since PAL versions have different timing.

Have we decided yet about whether this code can be used?

If you guys want to use it to skip to King Hippo, that's totally fine.  I forgot to address this when it was brought up the other day.  No sense in playing Don Flamenco every time you want to take a shot at King Hippo.

Still feel there is a difference between Tyson and Mr Dream.
I just uploaded a video i made a month ago.

I fight Tyson and Mr Dream (PAL). So you can check it out yourself.
I got inspired by crabmaster 2000 his videos in wich he beats nes games.

For the contest i play the  ntsc games on a  xbox or dreamcast.(emulating)

Well, that's what I said also. There are differences between Mike Tyson Punch Out PAL and Punch Out PAL. It is not just Mr. Dream, some other fighters have timing differences too.

NTSC, both are the same.

Participation point this week again for me. I was in the second round for tyson and the game glitch froze on me. So, I may/may not try another attempt again if I can find the time.  Awesome times so far!

I'm not much of a speed runner on Punch-Out games.  I prefer to play for points.

Yesh... there will be no times from me for this contest.
Tried many times yesterday, but it seems that the stuff I am having to take killed my my fine hand coordination.
Super Macho Man even made to round 2 yesterday. At that point I just shut my NES and gave up.

I updated my total for the last time, to 6:40.26.  I shaved a bit off of Kaiser and Joe, but that's all I could do.  Great times by all this week.

Same here. Him and Macho Man. King Hippo is so boring to fight.

This will no doubtedly put me in last as I had to eat 18 minutes for not beating Honda and Macho Man. But once again had lots of fun competing. This is probably the best I`ve done at Punch Out so all in all it was a good week for me. Congrats on all the awesome scores everyone!

Don Flamenco: 02:14:00 Round 1

That's a bummer Bea, you were the MTPO Queen last time we held a contest. I thought you would comeback with even better times

Yes. I was very excited for this as well. At the very least, my current Macho times were lower than the 1:26 I did last time.
I guess I will have to wait for the next time to get my MTPO crown back.

Glass Joe

Von Kaiser

Don Flamenco

King Hippo

Piston Honda

Super Macho Man

Bonus: 7:48

I just finished putting this all together, fine tuning a few easy guys at near lowest possible time. Well, I really surpass myself on Super Macho Man this time. I think I could get him TKO in 1:16-17ish if I perfectly do my strategy + get all the luck on my side.

Unfortunately, no time for Tyson, so I just beat him in a good classy Championship match in 3 rounds.

Thank you Bea

I'm not gonna hide it, I'm proud of my scores
And you somehow help me to achieve this, cause you're the one that pushed me to learn strategies to get better years ago.
