I bought it last summer on eBay from the NA member Dendy.  I'm pretty sure he got it from a German eBay seller.  I was really happy to get it as I loved Turrican back on the Amiga 500.

I've only ever seen\had one prototype and that was a mistaken purchase. Wario Woods, sold it to someone on digipress over a year ago. That stuff doesn't seem to make it out near where I'm at.
