So on my way home from work I saw a sign for a rummage sale. I've been to that rummage sale before, but every time I looked around all I found was old board games, clothes, and random electronics. So after I got home I rushed over to the place and got there right when the doors opened. Didn't see anything great until I noticed a box that said games. It was an Atari system, 8 games and some controllers for $20. I was thinking about picking it up since I don't own an Atari and I like collecting systems, but at this time I had to pass since a ton of games are coming out this month. Still need to pay off my Zelda 3DS XL bundle :/

Anyways, I looked at the next table and found this...

$6 for Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Crystal, Trading Card game and Kirby Tilt n Tumble. Still need to test the batteries. I also found a Game Boy camera for $2 (I already own 3 Blue Game Boy cameras haha), a wireless rock band guitar for $2 and 4 NES games: Shadowgate, Dragon Spirit, Bionic Commando with manual and Batman for $2 each.

A good way to start the month

Nice! I've yet to come across any Pokemon games in the wild like this. Around here everyone knows what they are, and therefore knows what they are worth.

The best part about finding Pokemon games is that they always sell, throw them on a local classified and they're gone fast.

Yay for Pokemans! If you haven't already, give Batman a try. A little difficult but a great game.

Man, what a find! I have never honestly seen a pokemon game in the wild besides flea markets. I am always just a little too late to the sales. Nice find though!

Serious understatement...  But it is still a great game.

Haha, well I didn't want to scare anyone away from playing it but it is pretty awesome.

I'd still say that Batman was the hardest NES game I ever did beat. Felt like it was the biggest accomplishment of all time when I finally beat it. I need to have a copy of that again.

Haha, thanks. I've played Batman before . Hopefully I'll have some extra time this weekend to play it some more.

If anyone is interested I've put the Pokemon Games on my For Offer / For Trade page:
