this list is fun, thanks. In a similar vein, does anyone have a definitive list of PAL releases where the central image on the box art was different than the north american?

WTB Cdn sealed black boxes, sealed Cdn first party titles.    I.e. the "mattel" Cdn boxes with both french and english.   Mainly black boxes, zelda, link, and tyson, but let me know what you have.    I am interested in anything I don't already have!

there's currently a CIB on the German Ebay that matches what you have...
a -1 box, but normal NOE code manual + cart....

what you have is correct....

Well that's just it though. The NA Database says at least a cart with the NOE-1 code exists, but the database has been wrong before. My NOE is CIB and all matches. The NOE-1 is just an empty box and is part of my Parts/Pieces mystery boneyard...

Meh, I can do it myself... been an NA'r since 2006 so I have DA POWA. But I don't want to pull down the cart if someone actually has proof of it. At this point I would just be adding my box to it.

Dan,
I'm working on switching out all my loose fit NES cases to snug fit NES cases and came across a couple I thought you'd like.  USA on left in each.  I know technically the first one is different game but whatever...

Figured you'd like the 2nd one...

Interestingly enough the PAL A is almost the same as USA version but PAL B is so different...

Neither is Sachen.  Both are licensed games and Sachen made unlicensed games.

God I love PAL rarities, especially the ones that you really don't expect to be rare. Air Fortress, P.O.W., Captain America for example.

Actually only the SCN-version has the box art with DOnald & Goofy. The other PAL-B releases are the same as the PAL-A release.

Bumping an old thread here, but curious why Super Mario/World Cup/Tetris 3-in-1 gets tacked onto the exclusives list? Is there any difference in NTSC vs PAL pertaining to the games themselves? If not I don't see the need to include it on the list.

NES: 763 north american carts (+22 PAL exclusives)
