It has been tested and seems to work fine. Definitely the 2 feature games launch OK and are fully playable. I picked a random selection of a few of the others and they also seemed fine, obviously didn't test all 118!
There is some question over whether Pokemon Chaos Black is playable beyond the "Mount Moon" zone - I have no idea, as it would require playing for hours to find out. I did play through to the second village without any problems though.
