If Germany keeps showing this level, odds are high that they'll get their 4th World Cup.

I'm a huge soccer fanatic.

I can say with confidence people, Spain. I repeat Spain will win the 2010 FIFA World Cup. And the name that will be remembered is Iker Casillas.

Of course I want USA to win. I feel it's very funny how Iker Casillas (Spain's goalie) claimed that England won't go far in the World Cup because of their poor goalkeepers. So far, he is definitely correct.

Other teams I enjoy are Argentina (just cause of the beautiful jerseys) and Netherlands.

It's an uphill battle now for the Socceroos. A loss was pretty much inevitable, but that goal difference will hurt us for sure.

After the game, my mom was just sitting on the couch all wrapped up in an Australian flag with a sad little look on her face. I don't think she was expecting a win, but she was expecting a non-sucking.

In a 3 game round robin, every little mistake is important but I still feel as if it's an open group.

Like, okay, Germany will move on, but second place is up for grabs.

Unless you were laughing at my mom's pain, in which case carry on.

^i take it your mom is from Australia, i feel bad for her. Frankly I would have been rooting for Germany, because I am like 75% German, but I do like to root for underdogs every now and then. I missed the game, which sounds like a good thing now, I don't like blow-outs.

Too bad about the own goal, but that's just how confident the Danes are. One goal spot? Sure, no problem.

Damn, Germany totally destroyed Australia. But I'm not surprised.

Italy vs. Paraguay. Voting for Italy to kick some ass.

This is what I love about sports. Everyone has their own opinion about the final outcome. I believe mines right, but anything can happen. Can't wait to watch Spain this Wednesday!

Dear Italy,

WTF?

Honestly, let's hope we do not get to see more of this crap. This is just poor sportsmanship.

I thought this was football and not diving.

Two players who got out of injuries recently, NK playing with 10 players in the defense, lack of will to play and general laziness.
They shall show a better soccer game during the 2nd half. -_-

Trust me, he paid the price for diving. Players are much more careful about acting due to the fact of the capability of replay's these days. Either way if they do fake it, they will be scorned on TV for it. So they will pay the price.

Can't wait to watch Spain tomorrow. Congratz Brazil on the win. Robinho is the man.

This was an ugly game... this victory has a sour taste. Brazil played awfully today.

That was a crazy shot by Machiano (im not sure if i spelled it right); all in all Brazil should be playing better (I think) and North Korea did better than I thought (I thought the score would be something like 4-0).
