This is the last round of our THRILLING weekly contest! In this round, the last genre champion will be defined and our contestants will get ready for a CRAZY time at the wicked 3 rounds tournament!
But enough of that, here'ss the rules they will follow when trying to master STARSHIP HECTOR!!!

• Play a 5 Minute match
• Play until Game Over or the match is up
• Take your picture on the High Score screen
• Highest score wins
• GENRE: Shooter/Shoot 'Em Up

The contest ends Sunday, 10/20/15 at 11 PM NA time.  Your user name MUST be written or typed on a piece of paper and be in the picture for your score to be valid.  The entire TV screen, or computer monitor if you are playing on an emulator, MUST be in the picture for the score to be valid.  No partial screenshots will be considered or accepted.  No screenshots by hitting "print screen" on a computer will be allowed.  You must take a picture of your computer monitor.  There may be instances where this will be acceptable, but it will be at the discretion of myself and the contest organizers.  Also, the use of turbo controllers is forbidden, as well as any cheat codes, Game Genies, slow motion functions, or save states if playing on an emulator.  Also, we will only be using NTSC systems for the contests.  The use of PAL systems will NOT be allowed.

I won an auction for it this morning. Hopefully it will arrive by mid week.

It's aggravating how much this game throws at you without even any weapons upgrades or autofire. Not easy on the hands. But it seems like your kind of shooter that is a pure test of skills.

What happened to Skinny's sheriff badge?

They busted down my door, threw me on the ground and cuffed me. Tossed me in the paddy wagon took, me down town, stripped me to my skinnies and gave me the cavity search. Held me for 24 hours then ror'd me with nothing but the shirt on my back. 

 

I guess you weren't fated to pretend.
 

They interrogated me too in that thread, thinking I was an accomplice. Bright lights and the threat of waterboarding. Realizing we were no threat, they quickly deleted the thread in an attempt to remove all evidence. But we'll always remember.
