FULL REFUND FROM EBAY!!! Roll N Rocker CIB accessory this item was a not as described....

UPDATE #2!!!

I called Ebay and they previously contacted the seller, and there was no response. They also tried calling the seller, and again, no response. Its been 5 days, so ebay decided to refund the $85 in FULL I paid (with shipping included), and I can keep the accessory!!!

So, FINDERS KEEPERS, I got a Roll & Rocker, with most the box, and accessory for FREE!!!

Ebay said it will take 3-5 days for the refund to take effect, (aka ebay coupon, it was never a claim just a dispute). TAKE THAT SHROOM-FACE!


UPDATE! 

I received the item, and an entire flap and 2 inside flaps were completely missing. The box also had a huge rip on the back. The seller did not show pics of this, and never stated it. I contacted the seller, and they responded with you should have asked for more pics.

I escalated this as an ebay dispute. 

My reasoning, is you cant take a picture of one side of a car, and describe it as mint if it has a huge gash on the other side, then say its the buyers fault for not requesting more pics...maybe it is, but regardless, very shady. I hope this seller is not a member on NA. Be warned...

Well, again I'm sharing another successful bid for a NES accessory I needed on my list. The listing went under the radar, the main pic had the box hidden, and the title said nothing about CIB or BOX. 


It is the ROLL N ROCKER NES accessory, and it is CIB. Here is the listing:




The bidding stayed under $10 until the final minute or so, after that it was all snipe bidding.


The last auction that the Roll N Rocker CIB sold for was from ebay user sample_seller.


When he sold his a couple months ago, it fetched $200+ USD (but on the other side of the world.) 


It did show up in the completed listings for a while, but I think because of the duration of time, it does not show up anymore...


So, what do you think? Worth it or not?


Either way, Im tired of waiting on finding this accessory CIB, so I can finally say its out of the way

Haha its fine with me. I swear I have been looking forever for this accessory boxed. There is another Roll N Rocker that sold loose for $40, so maybe the price on them is going up.

And why did sample_seller's sell for over $200 if its only a $15 accessory? The box and everything was in english just like mine, had no difference.

Nice pickup. I agree that they've gone for less, but I would personally also pay $85 shipped for one if I had the chance (needs to be minty though). It's one of the last remaining accessories from my original childhood collection that I haven't upgraded to CIB cuz of shipping to the Benelux (sellers either charged insane amounts or refused to ship overseas). I bid on sample_seller's auction, but the $200+ price that his auction reached was more a fluke than anything else.

Who is in charge of the hall of shame? I found out he goes under another ebay name "nintendoworldchamp" after messaging me on that account. I politely requested a refund if I returned the item, but he refuses. I escalated this to an ebay claim yesterday and no word from him.

I called an ebay representative, and they said after 5 days if the seller is of no help, ebay will step in and fix it. (They have a new process). Either way, I will get a partial refund, which wont be too bad. Still...very frustrating seeing I paid a good amount for a crappy accessory

Just checked the NA directory. I typed in his ebay name powersclan6 and it came up with the same return address name on my package, Daniel Powers. His NA username was Marioshroomed and he is already in the Hall of Shame from previous users...just my luck

Since he creating a new ebay account, he may do the same on here. BE WARNED!

I can't believe he's buying those pants!!!! That's just frightening!

Good luck getting this rectified. If MarioShroomed had any sense (which I can assure you he doesn't), he would issue a refund and move on.
