Hey so eb games are preselling these today?

I just want to say thank you to Gamestop for announcing a day ahead that Ness will be available at a specific time (2pm central). One of my biggest complaints (talking specifically about the ones such as Gold Mario and Rosalina that sold out pretty much immediately after they went up) has been how the hell are we suppose to know when these things pop up for sale? If they're actually available to preorder a decent amount of time, atleast longer then an hour, such as the Shulk was for almost 2 months, or most of wave 3, it's not a problem. Saying stuff such as "Well you didnt want it enough" is BS. Some of us actually sleep (shocking, I know) and work and aren't always at our computer or on our phone. 15 minutes is such a small timeframe, it is literally luck that you happen to not only be on your computer or phone, but you happen to actually be looking for it.

Now Ness may be like Shulk and be available to preorder for well over a month, or he may be like Gold Mario and be gone in mere minutes, but I will be safe rather then sorry and be either right at Gamestop or on their webstie (haven't decided if I want to go to the store or preorder online) early just to preorder it. Better safe then sorry, I work overnights and am generally asleep at 2pm, don't want to just assume he will be like Shulk then find out he disappeared in an hour or less.

If your trying to use your phone to order this will happen a lot. If you use your PC it will not have the add to cart button

Currently logged into TRU, Gamestop, and Target. Got page monitors running and watching cheapassgamer, reddit, and twitter..... this is getting out of hand lol

From what I have read so far:

-NESS is Gamestop Exclusive
-Greninja is TRU Exclusive
-Jiggly is Target Exclusive
-Gamestop is suppose to have some 6 pack of amiibo's available to order all at once
-Wario can already be web-instore preorder at gamestop right now
-Jiggly should be going up sometime today soon acording to ask @target

Some are saying managers at gamestop are only offering web-instore today and nothing online or $5 preoder option. I hope this is bullcrap.

Something is wrong, I clicked on jigglypuff to preorder it very soon after that was posted. Jigglypuff still says 29 dollars. The button was active but wouldn't let me add to cart, kept changing quantity to zero. Now it's gray.
Another preorder screwup from Target it seems.

Very true, I just kept refreshing it on both my phone and the computer and it went through on my phone but on the computer I couldn't even add it to the cart

At most 13 minutes from just looking at this thread, I doubt it was that long.  It's standard issue now for amiibos.  This should be shocking no one.  

I don't know why they don't make these 1 per customer or 2 at the most. There already up on ebay for 64.95 and apparently 3 have sold and the person has 3 more available. I hope target cancels there order and they get stuck paying the money back. They also have a Ness amiibo up for sale, can you even pre-order it yet?

I'm sure they'll be up again at some time.

So much for the strike affecting these. Where are the Nintendo apologists now? I remember saying a few months ago I highly doubt things will change after the strike ends, and the Nintendo apologists lashed out at me in force, and well, I told you so.

I don't recall anyone saying this. Can this thread not devolve into a rehash of complaining about missing out on amiibos again? If it's too stressful and you get no enjoyment out of buying amiibos (if you can) why do it?

I'm going to try for Ness in store. No reason these can't be up long enough to complete the checkout process. I had the thing in my cart and part way through checking out it tells me it's out of stock.

Welp. Back to the grind. I enjoyed the month off from not having amiibo to worry about.
