Looks like another one taking advantage of everyone else (as shown in previous posts). Notice he doesn't say "factory" sealed so that keeps him from fraud (like the $800,000 pepperoni guy does). The people that aren't paying attention (as evidenced by all the PAL buyers) will spend money on these and get taken. Of course, they are getting a box so that is worth quite a bit - just as long as they know what they are actually getting (or not). These are poor shrink wrap jobs.

He is selling a "factory" sealed game in which he evidently doesn't own – look at the one picture. Earlier in the day he had pictures from the SE that sold for $41,000 but must have been told to take those down – they are gone. He is using the exact same title as the $41,000 and many of same wordings. Can this guy be sued if it is a blatant misrepresentation or is EBay pretty lax about this?
