So my wife's uncle is a hoarder. . . hoarding uncle with 500 some odd unopened nes, snes games

So long story short, my wife's uncle is from brooklyn. Shot a man like 30 years ago for mugging some old lady outside his bodega. becomes hermit collects everything under the sun from star wars to nes to matchbox. for the past 30 years. all of it unopened sitting in a climate controled storage unit. and he hired me to consign it    /gleeeeee

i seen some of the things they brought down this past weekend. unopened 1970's baseball cards, matchbox cars, a mint woody wood pecker train set. yea granted none of that stuff was worth anything but the stuff was in such good condition you would of thought it came from target or walmart an hour ago.

Unopened packs of 70's baseball is worth something depending on the year. I'm pretty sure 70's Matchbox cars unopened are worth something depending on the car. Lastly i'm also pretty sure a Woody Wodpecker Train set unopened would be worth something to the right collector. Just because it's not Star Wars or video games doesn't mean it's worthless.

I meant not worth something in the context it went to a new born and a 5 year old to play with heh. I cringed when they opened the woody wood pecker train set
