Drove down the wrong street and passed 3 yard sales and stopped in. Now wasn't really expecting to find anything older. Walk up to the first one and see a NES Power Set so ask for the price in which the seller tells me they have more!!! Pulled out a N64 with games. Buy both for $25 and walk away very pleased. Go to the next and see nothing. Go across the street and see nothing but ask the owner if they had anything? They take my number down and will call me when they dig it up. Walking back to my truck and the second yard sale owner comes over with a bag. They had NES games! Ask a price and they start with see them selling on eBay for $5... Yeah $5 each. So bought the 11 NES games for $25. Now this wasn't the biggest score ever but in this day and age it's rare to find anything near me.

Having been a collector of Permastruct cases it was a nice surprise finding these ones locally. Mega Man 6 went into my next NES loose set recently started. The Power Set box is a in nice shape minus the torn seam. May trade this away to someone locally who can use it.

That's a sweet find! Way to take a wrong turn!

Yup was a nice score this morning around 9:00. Added a picture of what I found since you posted. Mega Man 6 was a nice find especially since I needed it for my next loose NES set.

Sweet score. Nice to find all that at garage sales.

Had you asked at the 2nd garage sale if they had any games before they came with the bag?

Hadn't asked at the second one because it was really small and the guy was helping another person out.

1 Case is for Operation Wolf

You mean, "rental cases from my childhood"? Seeing those brings back memories of many rentals...

Whoa, Shatterhand!? He shoots, he scores!!!

It's amazing how these little scores feel like a big victory because wild finds are so scarce these days.
