Not sure is this has been mentioned already or not but for a while now New Topic Tab is missing in IE 11.have tried with an with out compatibility veiw, it does not make a differnce. It does work ok in Firefox.

You have to be in a specific forum to create a new topic. I've never seen a "New Topic" tab while looking at latest topics/posts. You have to be looking at a forum (e.g. Auction Site Spotlight) to create a new topic.

Yes I figured out that much but I was in Latest Posts in Site Suggestions & Feedback as the picture shows and it was missing. It has been missing for me in IE for a long long time. I cleared the cache and it made no difference. I just tried it on a different computer in IE 11 and it does work. Strange.

I cleared the cache again and it reappeared. I swear I tried that last week an it did not help lol

Hmm... I didn't notice that. I don't know if I've ever seen a New Topic tab after clicking on another tab. Maybe someone with more expertise can shed some light on the situation.
